Lonesome Town Painters

The Lonesome Town Painters are a hard-driving traditional bluegrass band hailing from Vancouver, British Columbia. These fellas have a look, style and sound that harkens back to the raw and ragged edge of the genre. They have been playing together as a band for close to ten years and in that time have established themselves as one of the premier bluegrass bands in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, putting on high energy and entertaining shows at numerous festivals, concerts, bars and clubs. In addition to writing and playing their own original music in the traditional bluegrass style, their shows also include songs written by the masters of the genre. Their three albums have received rave reviews from international bluegrass publications.
